- If you want to exchange your product, then we request you to return the package of food within 10 days of time.
- We would not accept the exchange of any products that is consumed in higher percentage.
- You should return the package with the original cover that is offered by us, only then we would accept the exchange procedure.
- Placing wrong product in place of our food item is not acceptable.
- You should keep the product purchase receipt in order to continue the exchange process.
- Once the product that you have returned has reached our place, we would inspect it carefully. We would also let you know whether it is eligible for refund or not.
- If it is approved, you can expect your money back in your account with 7 to 15 business days or replacement.
Once this step is fulfilled you can expect your order within 3-5 business days. In case of Refunds, Returns, or Cancellation of any of our products, you should know that it will be handled by our customer support either through email or on call.
