Return Policy

  • If you want to exchange your product, then we request you to return the package of food within 10 days of time.
  • We would not accept the exchange of any products that is consumed in higher percentage. 
  • You should return the package with the original cover that is offered by us, only then we would accept the exchange procedure. 
  • Placing wrong product in place of our food item is not acceptable.
  • You should keep the product purchase receipt in order to continue the exchange process. 
  • Once the product that you have returned has reached our place, we would inspect it carefully. We would also let you know whether it is eligible for refund or not.
  • If it is approved, you can expect your money back in your account with 7 to 15 business days or replacement.
Delivery:
 
Once you have ordered the food product from us, it will take about 3-5 business days for processing. After completion of it, we would ship your order. Check your account as we will provide you with a tracking number either through an email or message. 
 

Once this step is fulfilled you can expect your order within 3-5 business days. In case of Refunds, Returns, or Cancellation of any of our products, you should know that it will be handled by our customer support either through email or on call.

Refunds:

Once the product that you have returned has reached our place, we would inspect it carefully. We would also let you know whether it is eligible for refund or not. If it is approved, you can expect your money back in your account with 7 to 15 business days.
 

Refund Process Failure

If you are eligible to get the refund but the money has not been credited to your account, we request you to check your bank regarding it. There might be issue from their side or it might take more time for the money to be credited by your bank. If there is no issue from the bank’s side, you can contact our customer support team.
          

Exchanges

If you do not want to get refund and want to exchange the damaged product, you can send an email regarding it to our customer service team.
